It is powered by TOM AI and built by T.O.M Digital Marketing in New Jersey.
How much does RealtyCoworker cost?
RealtyCoworker Essentials is $99 per month. RealtyCoworker Lift Off, which adds 1:1 onboarding, priority chat support, and help setting up your core system, is $249 per month and also includes 100 AI voice minutes, 1,000 AI text and chat replies, and $15 in usage credits every month, plus lower usage rates. Pay annually and save 16.7%, which is two months free: Essentials is $990 per year and Lift Off is $2,490 per year. Both plans include a 30-day trial and $15 in usage credits at sign-up. Calls, texts, email sending, and AI beyond what is included are billed separately at usage rates.
Does the AI pretend to be me?
No. We recommend setting up your assistant to tell callers they are speaking with your AI assistant. It handles routine questions and scheduling, and it hands urgent, sensitive, complex, or compliance-related matters to you.
Can it search the MLS or quote listing prices?
Not by default. Property searches need an authorized MLS or IDX data connection. Without one, your assistant is set up not to claim it knows live inventory, prices, or showing availability. It books a consultation with you instead, and showing requests wait for your approval.
Is it a good fit for teams and brokerages?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited users and unlimited contacts, so a solo agent, a team, or a brokerage can share one account. Check your brokerage advertising, data, and brand policies before you turn on messaging.
What about fair housing and texting rules?
You stay in control of every script and template. Qualifying questions focus on timeline, location, budget, and needs, and we recommend reviewing your scripts and marketing for fair housing compliance. Text marketing is permission-based with opt-outs, and A2P registration assistance is included.
Can it reply to reviews, comments, and DMs for me?
Yes. It can reply to Google and Facebook reviews automatically or draft replies for your approval, answer keyword comments on your Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok posts, send the commenter a DM with the details, and let your AI assistant answer Messenger, Instagram, and TikTok DMs. AI replies are included on Lift Off within its monthly allowance and billed per use on Essentials.
Can I cancel?
